In 1907, someone in Romania was born who would become one of the most appreciated confectioners of those times. Due to the fact that it was one of the most tasty fondling candy but also because of its personality, it was nicknamed "the sugar man." The tradition was carried on in 1928, when the son of the "sugar man" was to join the family and passion for the fondant candy.

Almost a century later, a granddaughter of the "sugar man" drew together memories, prescription books known only by grandparents and passion for chocolate, and so the foundations of the Chocolatist project emerged. Then followed the specializations in Belgium from the chocolate academy Barry Callebaut. All of Belgium's main equipment and ingredients provide a standard of quality and continuity for this project.

Now I invite you to come to the fabulous world of quality chocolate. A world where freshness, richness of fine tastes, unique flavors and health are present in every praline you will enjoy when it melts slowly into your mouth.
This is the world I build on a daily basis with a lot of passion...
